A short time after the great success of our Baritone Guitar we started with another project – a mixture of standard and Baritone Guitar – a 7-STRING GUITAR.
Trying to keep the standard 644mm scale for a good playability, we used a shape of our Jumbo model – the biggest one we have in our production line. All the top bracing construction has been redesigned for a good strength and well sound projection not only for the trebles and mid-ranges, but especially for the additional sub "b" string. And here is the result ....
The 7-string Guitar is our 2015 news shown for the first time during Musikmesse in Frankfurt. A "simple" idea - to combine a standard 6-string guitar with the Baritone Guitar by adding the next sub "b" string was realized in this model. This one has Cedar top and richly figured American Walnut b&s. Pearl rosette as well as the trim around the top push this piece among our higher models. Ebony fingerboard and bridge, Flamed Maple binding and the central part of the peghead and seven pieces of tuners … and is waiting for its happy owner …
